Happy V day!
Yesterday was the first time that I celebrated Vday as a working adult, instead of a student. Somewhat missed those days whereby the atmosphere of Vday is strong in school, with student's bodies selling roses, gifts etc. and friends exchanging gifts to each other as a gesture of Happy Friendship Day. Well today was just an ordinary day in office but there were some pleasant treats whereby sy gave us strawberry coated chocolate (so sweet of her!) while jr treated one whole group of us to 500 g of ba kua. Hee..After working, I passed to Nekki the cards that I had made (as usual, the idea came at the last minute hee) while Nekki gave me a stalk of rose and one box of Lindt dark chocolate. Was touched by him..as he remembered that I started to like dark chocolate, and that he had tried to find the highest cocao content. We went to eat Teochew Porridge along Macpherson Road. Although our valentine day seemed to be a normal day, I do enjoy the time spent together even for a short while, given that both of us are pretty tired from working and we had celebrated it on last Saturday.
While spending the day happily with Nekki, I didn't forget about my gd friends out there: hope that you guys are happy and Happy Valentine's Day!
