Arghhh...Spain's out!
So disappointing...Spain didn't perform up to expectations again. Even though its performance in the earlier rounds were outstanding..against old neighbour France, they lost. It lost by a huge margin of 2 rounds...so disappointing. Maybe they got too conceited in the earlier rounds? Sigh, thought that they will manage to go through to the quarter finals and face off Brazil. Can't look at Torres, Villa and Raul to perform again in the futures round of World Cup. Never mind, shall now place hopes on germany and brazil haha. Hope Ronaldo can trim off more fat and get in more goals in the quarter finals haha.
Anyway, life's now much more relazing...manage to generate out the plots that sup want, so all that is needed now is to finish writing and analysing the results. So manage to sleep well now and have some time to watch World Cup more haha. But hope that sup wun wan me to write one more additional thesis since my title consists of 2 essays. *crossed fingers*
Job + World Cup
Was rejected by the latter organisation, so decided to take up the current job offer. Signed the provisional letter, my mind now kinda at rest now. My friend cum future colleague showed me the size of my future cubicle even though I don't know the exact one, which I quite like it: it is surrounded by walls, so there's lots of privacy provided. Plus, I was kinda excited by the job aspect that I'm required to do. HR told me that I will need to go for some training during end of june, so I'm looking forward to it.
In the midst of rushing out thesis (great thanks to jia), was watching a bit of world cup. England's performance was quite bad, they didn't perform up to expectations, scoring just 1 goal and defending all the way to the end. Holland was great in the first half, before they also nau in the second half. Now, I'm a great fan of Spain. They scored 4 goals in their match against Ukarine. Poor Ukarine wasn't even a match against them: they have poor stamina and mental strength. Spain players have great speed and coordination skills. Can't wait to see them vs other countries, especially Brazil. Another plus...the players of Spain are soooooo shuai...Torres Fernando is sooo cute! hee..
